My name is Rosa Genetti and I'm a Sr. UX Designer at ArrowStream (connect with me on LinkedIn). I have 3 years of experience in Product Design, a B.S. in Design for User Experience from Lesley University, and a background in social work. I've been a career changer and career grower (working on UX Lead next), so I know what it takes to build a UX career.
